Questioned Love

 

 

The say love is the best,

When it hurts.

 

That love is a decision,

Not an emotion

 

That love is a sham,

That it’s for poets and dreamers.

 

I think love isn’t a emotion,

Or a decision.

 

It’s not a sham, and it’s for others,

Besides poets and dreamers

 

Love is for you and me

 

The question is:

If you give your love away,

Will you ever get it back?

 

And will you want it back?
