NOSTALGIE APARTMENTS KALIVES
The
apartments have a panoramic view over the village of Kalives, the Castle of
Aptera and the whole region of Chania. The visitor can enjoy the sea at sunset
and relax. It is worth spending a few days in the village.
The apartments are built near the summit of a hill in the
nature.
Access to the center of Kalives (less 10' min. walk) and to the beach (less than
5' min. walk ) is easy.

They
were built in 1987 by Demetres Georgalakis. The building consists of 3
apartments. The apartments have been run under license of E.O.T (Greek Tourism
Organization) since 1988 They are run by Georgalakis family and they have
guests from all west European countries .

Each
of the first two apartments (No1 and No2) consists of two comfortable bedrooms
(each with a wardrobe, a table, and
bedside tables with lamps), a big space which serves both as a sitting room and
as a kitchen with electrical cooker and utensils, and a luxurious bathroom.
Each apartment has its own balconies, which is big enough
both for the adults to have some rest and for the children to play in, and
private parking space. No1 apartment is bigger than No2 and can host 5 - 6(on
request) people and has better view, while No2 apartment can host 4 - 5(on
request) people.
Inside a bedroom
The
apartments are ideal for families with children or for companies or friends who
don't want to spend a lot of money on rooms or hotels and
like peaceful places, since the neighborhood is quiet and there is almost
no noise of cars or motorbikes.
Because
of the demand of the apartments , due to their privileged location and the low
prices we offer, it is suggested that you make your reservations well in
advance. (see

Ask for an offer for 2 people
The
prices include V.A.T. and local taxes, electricity and water (warm and cold)
bills, cleaning and replacing the towels twice a week and
sheets once a week.
The apartment rate is increased by 5% if an extra bed is
added at the clients request (see above).
Taxi fares to and from the airports or other charge are not
included in the above list. However we can arrange for you
a car or a taxi, on your request , without commission.
If
what you are looking for is not an apartment but a room in Kalives or if
we cannot accommodate you for some reason (e.q. your reservation was not made on
time or we are fully booked) we can still find for you a place to stay equally
good and in reasonable prices.
