About Kalisadhan Mukherjee

Kalisadhan Mukherjee is a Professor of Bengali in Kolkata.  He published research papers on Rabindranath Tagore, Sarat Chandra Chatterjee.  He has translated poetical works of the ancient Sanskrit poet, Kalidasa; selected English poems; poems of Urdu poet Mirza Galib.  He has rendered into Bengali fiction two great epics of India and the world, the Mahabharata and the Ramayana.
