1: Don't be an anus.
Don't ninja loot. Listen to your raid leader. Don't ditch raids halfway through. Don't grief. Don't kill lowbies. Essentially, we don't want to log into the official forums and see a post titled: "_____ of Kalimdor Headhunters is a jerk and here's why!"
2: Do be a good guildie.
The Headhunters take pride in our friendly, family-oriented atmosphere. Be kind and courteous to your fellow Purple People-Eaters. Help them out with the odd quest. They'll help you. It's a big, beautiful karmic circle. If we're doing something together, get off your Alliance alt and come play with us. Although we are a considerably laid-back guild, you're expected to show up to guild raids and activies on time if you're supposed to be there. Nobody has any fun standing around waiting for late folks and nobody has any fun watching paint dry in Orgrimmar after a raid that failed due to lack of participation.
3: Respect the realm.
It can be hard to believe at times, but Earthen Ring is one of those nerdy arrr-peee servers. Thusly, we expect our crew to at least avoid detracting from the atmosphere, if not contribute to it. While we are not actively known as an "RP Guild", our members do enjoy RPing and we faciilitate it in all respects. Please try to remain "in character" in /say and /yell. Guild chat is of course another matter entirely.
4. HAVE FUN!
Our chief tenet! The Headhunters are focused primarily on enjoying the game. Our raid schedule is casual and we will never use a traditional DKP system. It is our mission statement to remember that WoW is a GAME, and not a job. Smile, make others smile, and punt some gnomes.
