Most people say that I have a unique name. Some are even asking why am I nicknamed "Kal - EL" and where did it came from? My father has this obsession for Superman, he's a big fan of the world greatest superhero since he was a kid and he knows every details of the story. He has a collection Superman memorabilia from comics to action figures and everything in between. A true fanatic and you know what "fanatic" means, well I do, that's why I was nicknamed Kal - El.

Kal - El is the Kryptonian name of Clark Kent a.k.a. Superman. For those of you who doesn't know the story of Superman, well I don't know from what big rock have you long been hiding from but before he was sent to earth, he was from a planet thousands of lightyears away from Earth called Krypton. His father, Jor - El sent him to earth after knowing that life in Planet krypton will cease to exist. Kal - El's space shuttle crashed on earth along with a meteor shower. Luckily two loving couples, Jonathan and Martha Kent found the boy Kal - El and named him Clark

So Superman's real name isn't Clark Kent but Kal - El

If you're watching the tv series Smallville then you already know that Clark has this mild mannered farm boy routine which is the exact opposite of Kal - El who wants to take over the world. Hmm...guess that explains why I was named Kal - El, at least I can live up to the hype.
