PLEASE NOTE:Any services outside of a 25 mile radius will incur travel charges to/from work location.
SUMMARY OF SERVICES
Consultation- Assistance with problems, malfunctions, meetings to discuss problems or malfunctions, recommendations for upgrades, new or used equipment,on-phone, on-site, or in-person technical support.
Lockout Service- Opening of automobile or residence with devices other than keys. Proof of residence or vehicle ownership required prior to implementation.
Lock Maintenance- Opening of furniture, office, combination, or other locking mechanism, not including automobile or residential locks. Also includes repair, cleaning, and installation of locking mechanisms.
Web Page Services- Draft preparation of website and additional pages, domain selection(s) (if required), Registration of domain name(s) on sites and ICANN, page authoring, testing, verification, and final publishing.
Virus & Spyware Extraction- Using existing virus removal software, identification, quarantine, extraction, and removal of noted viruses.
Vulnerability Assessment-Identifying possible flaws in password security, firewall setup, router/server security, wireless network, and virus software protection. Updates and corrections made as part of assessment.
Wireless Network Setup- Installation and initial setup of wireless router, documentation of router settings, implementation of password security (if requested, always recommended), and connection of all requested computers.
Server Password Security- Password protection of entire network at server, executed down to all computers connected to network.
New computer network (hardwire)- Same as wireless but with computer cables to all computers.
Software Installation- Installation of requested software on computer(s), registration of software, if required, and CDs maintained at computer for backup.
VSAT Installation- Assembly, installation, and verification testing of equipment. Connection to indoor equipment and testing if required.
VSAT Maintenance- Periodic maintenance as required by manufacturer, plus troubleshooting of equipment.
Initial PC/Laptop setup- Account creation, password implementation, application/computer registration, backup disk creation, internet setup and connectivity.
