| This is the dress I wanted to make for Prom 2003. However, that never happened. It was supposed to be a royal blue satin-like fabric with a gauzy light blue material with glitter over the bottom portion of it. The top would have beads on it. It would also have spaghetti straps that criss-cross in the back. | ||||||||
