"saigo no romance......the birth of a new romance-pt 1"
It was the warm summer's breeze that wraps people in the sunshine atmosphere.it is here, in the beach resort dubbed by the press as 'memory lane' for the wonderful memories it brings the people who visit the beach. but for two fated people, destiny would open her eyes and weave a memory so delicate yet grand that it would forever change the lives of those involed.....a tale of first love that for an eternity will be remembered as the last..... so starts the tale we know as, the last romance.....
"ah JUN!"
a voice from behind calls, ah jun turns his head to see his
classmates, Perry and Campbell. they were waving to him, inviting him to
join them at their suntanning spot. politely he shook his head and indicated
that he was still on duty. he was absolutey thrilled to have landed the job
here as a lifeguard and wasn't about to risk it as it paid too well. now he
can start thinking of buying a new stereo for his 1959 volkswagon beetle.
"esmeralda."
she said as she introduced herself to the man standing before
her. still reeling in disbelief that she is being forced to marry this guy
standing infront of her. but she knows that she has no choice. her dad's
company is heavily in debt and unless a large investment is put in by the
end of the year, they will have to declare bankruptcy. her brother needs an
enormous amout of money for his ongoing fight against cancer and her mother
is also in need of medical attention. if the company was to fall then they
would be put in an exteremly difficult situation. so she forces herself to
and out on a reluctant smile......
"ah jun!"
james called as he tapped his colleague's shoulder. he had come to
take over shift from ah jun. merrily ah jun jumped to his feet, thanked
james and ran off. just 2 more weeks and he'll be done. as he raced across
the street, round the corner to the staff lockers. as he heached the door, a
girl and her comapions came walking out. he was going to crash into them!
he attempted to stop and thus tripped on his feet, sending him to the floor.
grimacing in pain he tried to struggle up to apologise. as he looked up, he
realised that he was looking up the girl's skirt.
"aiiiiieeeee" she went when they both found the situation they were in. "esmeralda!" a man called out and held her to his side. and with a flick of his finger a couple more men in suits came charging towards ah jun. within seconds he was at the recieving end of a good thrashing...
