~All prices listed are in US dollars.

~Payment from ALL customers (USA & International) is acceptable as cash, money order, OR Credit/Debit card (processed only thru PayPal) A convenient & secure on-line invoice will be emailed to you to assist you in his process.

~Sorry NO personal checks, and NO acceptions! Personal checks will be returned & your item is considered unpaid or with no deposit.

~All items are packaged with lots of tender loving care by The Fairy Godmother. For customers within the USA they are most often shipped via the USPS either Priority Mail (3-5 days delivery time within the US), or Parcel Post (5-7 days delivery time within the US). Delivery Confirmation is ALWAYS included and will be calulated in your postage quote. Insurance is optional. Heavier packages can be shipped cheaper via UPS ground (7-10 days within the USA) it includes insurance and can save you money.

~I am happy to ship internationally Canada, Europe or Australia by GLOBAL EXPRESS or PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL airmail ONLY! The package is therefore insured and must be signed for! There are no exceptions for other shipping methods.

REFUNDS:
~Be sure to email ME, the Fairy Godmother with any questions you may have prior to placing your order, as there are NO REFUNDS! Additional photo's can be emailed to you of any item as well as any additional information you need to feel confident & happy with your purchase.

~Just click on an email link on any page or email me directly: [email protected] with the list of items you wish to purchase, include your name & shipping information (for postal calculations), as well as the method of payment you will be using. If a credit or debit card is being used, a PayPal invoice will be emailed to you for fast secure & easy payment.

~Everything is sold on a first come first serve basis. Your order will be confirmed thru email with the final price to include shipping & insurance.

Layaway Plan:

~I am happy to offer a layaway plan also known as a "Time Adoption" to accomodate your financial needs.

~A 50% or $50 deposit is required (whichever fee is lower) in order to hold your order for you. This fee is Non-refundable as cash but can be transfered to Store Credit, which must be used within 1 year from date of issue or it becomes invalid. Payments are required every 2 weeks until paid in full within 30 days.

~Items on layaway are labeled "ON HOLD" on the website until your final payment is received. This way I can still accept other interested customers inquiries & let them know if the item becomes available again.

~If you are interested in a layaway plan just email me!

UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE:
~If you ship your own doll to me for repairs with NO DEPOSIT it will NOT be started and a 30 day waiting period begins. Within this time period I will attempt to email you. If my emails go unresponded to by you and the 30 days expires your item is considered ABANDONED, UNCLAIMED & therefore it becomes my property to do what I wish with it at my own discretion. It therefore may or may not remain within my personal collection and can no longer be claimed after the 30 day waiting period.

~If you send your own doll to me for repairs WITH a 50% deposit, and the doll is completed and you have been emailed pics for approval but I have not receive your final payment, a 30 day waiting period begins and the same above rule applies. Your deposit is now considered STORE CREDIT ONLY and not valid towards return shipping costs! (Store credit is considered valid for one year only then it expires.)

~If you place an order for a Custom Rerooted Cabbage Patch Kid WITH a 50 % deposit and change your mind for whatever reason your deposit is now considered STORE CREDIT ONLY! (Store credit is valid for one year only then it expires.)

~If you place an order for a Custom Rerooted Cabbage Patch Kid WITH a 50 % deposit, and the doll is completed and you have been emailed pics for approval but I have not receive your final payment, a 30 day waiting period begins and the same above rule applies. Your deposit is now considered STORE CREDIT ONLY! (Store credit is valid for one year only then it expires.)
*Special Note: if this happens I will no longer accept ANY future orders from you because I now created a custom doll that I have had to find a new buyer for.

STORE POLICY:
~I reserve the right to REFUSE to sell to anyone who has failed to follow through with a previous purchase or adoption from this website. This is MY website and MY policies, I suggest you read them carefully to prevent any confusion. I do not like to HOLD items and then have a customer change their mind and attempt to change their initial agreement, this is UNACCEPTABLE and the order will be cancelled completely and any funds paid will be considered STORE CREDIT ONLY good for one year on store merchandise ONLY and NOT valid toward shipping expenses!
