Cowlick City is a rock band from West Chester, Pennsylvania, formed in 2012 by father and son duo Crazy Tom Martin and Tommy J Martin, later joined by Yuletide Christoph.

The band blends electronic and alternative rock elements with avant garde soundscapes.
