Each story revolves around a boy in his early teens with a dark past, both are orphans, each boy travels with two companions, one is enrolled in a Ninja Academy, the other in a School of Wizardry, one employs the use of Ninjustsu, the other magic spells, and each arch villain has some connection with snakes. These facts are undeniable, and it is not my intention here to attempt to either validate or disqualify any of the copious arguments pro and con the Naruto/ Potter connection.
However, as with all comparable things in life, one has to be, well.... better than the other. "Datebayo!" (oops- have I said too much?)
The following pages are an attempt to outline the good and bad points (if you will) of each respective children's favorite. I make not attempt (cough, hack- sorry something stuck in my throat) to persuade the reader to take one side over the other, I leave you to draw your own conclusions.
