| Tuna Noodle Casserole 1 lb. egg noodles, cooked 2 8 oz cans of tuna in water 1 c fat-free mayonnaise 1 large onion chopped 1 large green pepper choppe 2 cloves garlic minced 2 tomatoes chopped and seeded 1 1/2 c fat-free shredded cheddar Preheat to 350*. Saute onion, pepper tomatoes and garlic in a little non-stick spray. Salt & pepper to taste. Mix tuna, vegetables and mayo in large bowl. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray. Add tuna/veggie mix. Top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Approximately 8 1 cup servings 6.2 WW pts per serving |
