Taco Casserole

1 lb ground venison (use beef, pork or soy crumbles if you like, adjust for the points
1 packet taco seasoning
1 c crushed WOW tortilla chips
4 oz shredded cheddar fat free cheese
1 medium chopped onion
1 1/2 c fat free refried beans
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
2 TBLSP sliced black olives
1 c fat free sour cream

Cook meat and onion over medium until no longer pi nk.  Drain, then prepare meat as taco package states.  Place crushed chips in a sprayed 8X8 casserole dish.  Place beans in small bowl and stir until soft.  Dollop beans over chips and spread as best you can.  Cover with meat mixture and then top with cheese.  Bake uncovered at 375* for 15-20 minutes.  Serve with toppings.
