1/2 bag Morning Star crumbles
1/2 bag frozen corn
1/2 bag Ore Ida frozen mashed potatoes made with skim milk
1/2 jar Ragu pizza sauce
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 c light shredded mexican cheese
spray butter
Mix crumbles with a little teryaki sauce and pizza sauce, heat in the microwave. Spread in an 11x7 casserole dish layer with corn. Top corn with cheese. Prepare potatoes in the microwave and layer on top of corn using a spatula. Spray with spray butter. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
