| Scalloped Corn 1/2 c Brummel and Brown Spread 1 tsp onion flakes 1/2 c egg substitute 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained 1 can cream-style corn 1 box 8 1/ oz Jiffy corn muffin mix Mix all together and bake 40 minutes at 375*. Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles 12 svgs 3 pts each Note: When I took this out of the oven, it looked soupy, however after stirring it it thickened up a lot! Perhaps I wouldn't use the whole package of corn muffin mix. It was almost too thick! VERY TASTY!! |
