Pumpkin Mousse Pie - from my sister Jackie

1 large can of pumpkin
1 large container Dannon Light - Vanilla yogurt
2 small packages of sugar free Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 8 ounce container of Cool WHip Free
1/2 tsp. or more to taste Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 prepared graham crusts

Mix all ingredients together, except crusts.  Divide and spread into crusts.  Freeze or refrigerate to chill and harde.  Thaw somewhat if frozen, before serving. 

2 pies, serves 16
about 2 pts per serving
