Cake
1 pkg light cake mix
1 pkg sf instant pistachio pudding
8 oz non-fat vanilla yogurt
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 c diet lemon-lime soda
Frosting
1 1/2 c cold skim milk
1 pkg sf instant pistachio pudding
2 c ff cool whip
Combine cake mix, pudding, yogurt, egg whites and vanilla - beat at low speed for a minute. Gradually beat in soda. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or toothpick comes out clean.
Frosting: mix the milk and pudding for 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip and spread on cake when cake has cooled. Store in refrigerator.
