| Old-Fashioned Glazed Carrots 1 lb baby carrots 1/2 c water 2 tblsp Brummel & Brown spread 4 tsp brown sugar In saute pan, cover and simmer the baby carrots, water, Brummel & Brown and sugar until the carrots are tender and a syrupy glaze forms on the bottom of the pan. Roll the carrots to coat with glaze. 4 Servings 1 point per serving |
