Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

8 oz refrigerated pizza crust - reduced fat
8 oz ff cream cheese, softened
1 oz ranch dressing package mix
3 - 4 tblsp skim milk
2 carrots finely chopped
1/2 c red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c green bell pepper chopped
1/2 c fresh chopped broccoli
1/2 c chopped green onions
1/2 shredded ff cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375*.  Roll out pizza dough onto large non-stick baking sheet.  Stretch to flatten to form a rectangle shape on sheet.  Bake according to package.  Allow to cool.

Beat cream cheese until soft.  Mix in 1/2 to whole package of dressing mix depending on taste preference.  Add milk as needed to get a spreadable consistency.  Spread over cooled crust.  Arrange remaining ingredients over the top.  Refrigerate for 1 hour.

12 servings  (if hour dourves for party go 48 servings at 1 pt per 2 squares)
