Cool Whip Salad (from Getting to Goal web site)

20 oz can of crushed pineapple in its own juice
2 .32 oz boxes of sugar free jello - any flavor
8 oz container of fat free cool whip
2 c low fat buttermilk

Heat undrained pineapple until it almost boils.  Stir in 2 boxes of jello until disolved.  Remove from heat and set aside.  In seperate bowl, combine cool whip & buttermilk.  After pineapple mixture has cooled a bit, combine with the cool whip mixture.  Let set in the refrigerator.

4-5 servings (guessing at 1 c per serving)
1 WW pt per cup!!!


This is very yummy!  Feel free to experiment with different fruits - make sure they are crushed or cut up real small - and different jello flavors!
