| Crockpot Lasagna (YUMMY & EASY) 1.5 lbs ground turkey (lean) 1 large onion, chopped 2 tblsp minced garlic 1 lb fat free mozerella 12 oz ff cottage cheese 1 tsp Italian seasoning salt & pepper to taste 8 oz no bake lasagna noodles 29 oz tomato sauce 6 oz tomato paste 1 c sliced mushrooms 1/2 green pepper chopped Brown turkey, onion and garlic. Add spices, tomato sauce and paste. Heat through. Mix the mozerella and cottage cheese together in a seperate bowl. In the crockpot, put about 1/4 of the meat sauce, then a layer of noodles (breaking to fit pot), then a layer of cheese, then a layer of vegetables. Repeat layering two more time, then top off with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan if desired. Cook on low 4 to 5 hours. approximately 8 1 c servings 7 pts |
