| Chile - Lime Salmon 2 tsp olive oil 1 jalepeno pepper, halved and seeds removed 2 4 oz salmon steaks 4 tblsp lime juice Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Add jalepeno and saute 2 minutes. Discard pepper. Increase heat to medium high. Add salmon and cook 2 minutes on each side. Add 2 lime juice. 2 servings 5 pts per serving |
