7 Layer Bars (These are to Die for!!!)

1 c crushed low fat cinnamon grahan crackers (about 8 cracker sheets)
1 c shredded coconut
1c reduced-fat chocolate chips
1 c butterscotch chips
1 c Fat free condensed sweetened milk
1/2 c chopped walnuts
6 tbslps Brummel & Brown

Melt Brummel & Brown in a 9x13 pan.  Layer the remaining ingredients on top of Brummel & Brown, dispersing evenly.  Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes.

Makes 32 bars
3.5 pts per serving.

Tips: These can be considered high points for such a small bar.  However, I absolutely love these and couldn't do with out.  I made a lot of low-fat substitutes.  However, it might be probable to reduce the chocolate & butterscotch chips to 3/4 c and the points would be 3 per bar.  Take out the nuts and it would  be just under 3.  Hope you enjoy these as much as I do!!
