On �out from the barrio, you hear my rhythm on the radio� you�re doing to do the classic arms in a slow, languid tempo, and bend back as far as you can. With these kinds of back bends, the muscles that work are the thighs and abs � tilt your head back, and slowly lower yourself backwards as your arms move in front of you � be VERY careful with this movement. Try a kneeling back bend holding on to something to your side first, and listen to your body when it tells you that you�ve gone low enough. With enough pracitce you should be able to bend over and lower your head to the floor, then straighten up again, but you need strong thighs and a flexible back to do that. If you can�t go all the way down, don�t worry. Just go back as far as you can and then straighten back up again. If you can only go down part way, you�ll have a chance to go back and up twice. Those who can go all the way down will only have time to go down and up once.

On �you feel the turning of the world, so soft and slow�
Put one foot flat on the floor in front of you and rise smoothly while doing sunrise arms. When your arms are straight overhead, do a wrist floreo, where the hands turn around the wrists themselves, fingers splayed, just like we did in the beginning of the choreography.

On �turning you round and round� pivot to the left, using the right foot to help you move while the left is your supporting leg. Keep your left arm over your head, the right arm out to your side, and turn a quarter turn, putting a hip lift at the end of the turn. Continue pivoting a quarter turn and doing a hip lift each time until you�re back facing the front for a total of 4 hip bumps.

Now we�re back to the chorus, and you use the same movements we used in the chorus before, so I�ll put them in short hand here since they�re done in detail above.
