Welcome to Kajira's Yurt! A yurt is a circular tent of felt or skins on a framework of poles, used by nomadic peoples of the Middle East. Small, portable and very useful, they could be made large enough to accomodate a family very comfortably. It is for my dance family that this online yurt was created. Within these pages, you will find choreography, links to some favorite sites, information about other dancers and troupes in the Atlanta area, pictures of Petite Jamilla's visit to Atlanta, (thank you Mary!) and sundry other things. I hope you enjoy your stay and will return often, as these pages have plans of growing and changing often!
