I Do My Life as I Did My Puzzle
When I first sat down with a puzzle, I was overwhelmed by the complexity. This represents the youthful spirited part of my life. During this time, I was still experimenting, wandering and adventuresome. AsI started putting the puzzle together, I was also trying to put together some of the pieces in my life, pieces that don't make sense to me, pieces that I want to put into the empty spaces in my life, so I can see the complete picture and have everything fit snugly and all together.
However, at a given point I suddenly began to see the entire picture more clearly. This represents the mature wisdom-filled part of life. I was driven by the awesomeness of life itself, but I find myself now grounded by truth. That is where I am today. I can honestly pinpoint the moment when one single piece of my life's puzzle suddenly made my entire future clear.
Fitting the pieces together is going extremely slow. Sometimes I even find myself getting upset because I was not able to find an exact piece for an exact space! One space was absolutely driving me nuts! I was trying to find the piece almost since I first started putting the puzzle together! Funny how one little piece in a puzzle can make you feel like pulling your hair out! And on that last day as life hands you the final piece, imagine the glory and excitement you'll experience when you realize how perfectly beautiful your life has been. I won?t know until I come to the end of my lives and stand before God. I do my life as I did my puzzle.
