Haruka Touku Koku no Monogatari is a light heart comedy series.The leading female characetr is Princess Anise Janise. (I didn't read this series for almost 6 years, so I'm not sure about the correct name ^^;) Anyway, she likes to skip her study and bugging her own genie to use his magic carpet sneaking her out to places outside the palace. And that's how the story goes. Because everytime she go out of the palace, or have to go out of the palace, something happens. The genie in this series is a guy, with long blond hair. Too bad he rarely be a realiable person. Along with the genie, there is Serah. She is Anise Janise's nanny. She is also got drawn into trouble with Anise Janise. Because whenever Anise Janise leave the palace, sooner or later, Serah have to follow her around. Serah is mature, strong and responsible and she can fight when the time comes. (I like her) There is also one more guy that is a closed friend/ and work for Anise Janise, but I can't remember his name. -_- He is also a monster of some source-Anise like to travel outside the palace and keep the weird stuff and monster back to her palace ^^;. He can transform himself into a black tiger. There is one eipdose that they met a talking tiger, so he transform himself to fight with it. It turns out that the tiger falls in love with him later, so instead of he chasing her, he have to runaway instead. XD Anise Janise have 2 older brothers (they are all bishie), I can't remember his name either. He is always always calm, responsible and nice to people he meet. The first time when I get to know this series (which already passed the first halfalready), he was transform to be women by a girl witch by misunderstanding. XD For the 2nd brother, he is a skirtchaser. He is a like Gojo in Gensomaden Saiyuki in that part. Except that he is not good at fight like Gojo does. He is lazy when it's come to study how to fight, because he think that he is not going to becomes a king anyway. ^^; Ok...he used to fight one time, for a girl he planned to hooked up with. But...something happened and ruined his plan. XD He and Anise Janise have different mom (actually Anise Janise's big brother also have diferent mom too.) His mom want him to be a king but he don't want to be a king, because he is lazy. ^^; He is indeed a good person though, and so does his mom. ^^; Anise Janise have a fiance that was appointed by their parent since they were young. But unlike Ranma and Akane, they goes a long pretty well. Her fiance is Alandin. *drool* ^_^ He is so cool. When he was young he used to spent his childhood with a group of thieve once. That's how he know how to fight and survive in many dangerous situation. He is also good looking. Sometimes, a girl monster fall in love with him. Aside from the characters I have mention, there are also Princess Jasmin, who used to be appointed to married with Anise's big brother. But she already have her boyfriend, Amud. XD I love him, he is so gullible sometimes. Princess Jasmin know magic, mature, smart and beautiful. Sometimes Anise is annoyed when Serah compared Princess Jasmin with her. Then there is a prince whose belong to the bird clan (?). I can't remember his name and his clan, but I remember so well that he is soooo bishie. 0_0 I think he is the only person that can comptet the bishie level with Alandin. Anise Janise meet her since she was young, at first she though he was a girl. ^^; He falls in love with Anise later and try to be a rival with Alandin for a while. He is so nice...he really love Anise too. Man, I can't choose whom I like more. ^^; There is many characters in this series that I didn't mention, As I didn't read the series for a long time. so I forgot their name and can't remember clearer detail about them. I also don't have manga with me. (99% of my manga are in my mom 's house - and they don't have a scanner there too) T_T
