Is it September 2006 already?
Seems it was just day away that I was trudging along in Oshawa, bracing myself in the cold wind, while I was thinking of my anticipated move to Toronto and now here it is September and I am pulling out my warmer clothes for my first autumn and winter in Toronto.
Funny how the older one gets, the faster time seems to fly by.  It seems it wasn't that long ago when I rediscovered "the original in me" waiting to be set free.  The artist, writer, playwright, philanthropist and entrepreneur, that is.  Was that really only 10-15 years ago when I took on some personal work to de-stress, be happier and healthier?
Who knew how long things would take, especially when you do it like me and oscillate back and forth between the should or shouldn't I, the can I really and all the other doubts and fears that came from within and from others?  Who knew so much work would be required to go with what one believes and against what others believe is right for you?
To help sustain myself, I certainly looked to the stories of other people who found the courage within to walk their own path.  And I certainly hoped that my path to "overnight success" would not take the typical 10, 15 or 20 years, but I have to say that in that case I am like many others who joureyed such.
Still, I can't discount or not value the good feelings I experienced for doing what I believed and believe is right for me, even if it did mean that I many not have had all the financial success I hoped for as quickly as possible.  And I can't let other people's impatience influence me either, for we live in a world of instant gratification and that isn't the way this kind of success happens.  Most biographies tell you that in the lean years when one must persistently keep moving ahead with the dreams till one day one's dreams are the complete full-time reality.
And here I am this September 2006, fresh and prepared after years of building all the pieces to complete the puzzle of a life I dreamed of and as you'll see by this newsletter, overnight success has finally arrived.  The success I have been workings towards and praying for.
Is it September already?  You betcha!  Thank Godness. I hope this September 2006 finds you in a similar state, all excited with the freshness and newness September brings.

And if you find that you are not excited and happy with your life,
in late September check out the deails on Kaitlin's website for more about her
