Ironically, flexibility with persistence is key to success. Changing and adapting a business or any plan to meet unforeseen challenges and circumstances beyond one's control is necessary, as most entrepreneurs will tell you.
Hence, my new full time focus is finding the non-profit organization whose vision is mutually shared and who has need of my program director, management and development skills as a staff member - in British Columbia
Kaitlin Ann Originals will continue, but at this time as a hobby business with no set deadlines such as magazine publication.
