Aura of Jade (Earth)
Mastery level: 3
Base Tn: 10
Casting time: 5 rounds
Duration: 5 rounds
Concetration: Full (none to maintain)
This spell was developed by a Kuni shugenja who planned on joining the Witch Hunters while the rest of the Group was politicing in Winter court.
Effect: This spell imbues a weapon with a jade aura, allowing it to do damage as though it were jade.  Raises may be used to increase the Duration, the number of targets, and to reduce the casting time.

Don't Move (Earth)
Mastery level: 4
Base Tn: target's Earth x5
Casting time: 1 round
Duration: 3 rounds
Concetration: None
Again, this spell was developed by a Kuni shugenja who planned on joining the Witch Hunters while the rest of the Group was politicing in Winter court, 3 months and nothing to do make Crabs go crazy.
Effect: The Earth within the target goes stiff and they are unable to move for the duration.  Raises may be used to increase the Duration and the number of targets.

Items

O-Kama.  This is a weapon that I've seen on a few cards (notably, Kisada seemed rather fond of it).  It's essentially a scythe.  A very, very large scythe.  A Mantis player (of course), wanted to use one so I made the stats: 3K3 Damage, counts as a polearm for initiative, uses the O-kamajutsu skill, and it allows the user to use raises to hit multiple targets with a broad swing (so you can cut down people like wheat).  Unfortunately, like I said, it doesn't seem to be that commonly used so you may have trouble finding one to buy.  It costs about 4 Koku if you can find one.

'The Howling Sword'    During character gen, a player was making Star Wars references so he got this sword for his inheritance.  It basicly makes lightsaber-like sound effects when used.  I gave it a Fear:4 and it was a 8 point Inheritance and did 4K2 damage.  It also came with its own kharmic rival sword (whoever owns one hates the holder of the other).  This lead to a underlying subplot and me scaring my players from ever taking Enemy as a disadvantage again.
