"...Do you understand?" Ran let his statement hang. Ryuken stood contemplaiting how to respond.
Tatakai shuffled down the road, bored. "Damn it. Why do I have to get called back at a time like this. Just as I'm about to press forward Ran-sama recalls me. Its not fair," Tatakai grumbled. He looked up and noticed a group of ronin traveling up the road. Then he noticed they were traveling with two geisha. "Now what are they doing?"
"You there! Where are you going!" Tatakai shouted as he quickly closed the distance between them.
Seiji turned and smiled, "We are going to Shiro Tanzei." He hoped that Tatakai would be satisfied with that answer.
"With the geisha?" Tatakai asked.
Reiko held back her anger at having to indure this insult, fully intending to hurt someone later. "We are being brought over for the troops in Shiro Tanzei," Reiko said as she fanned her bosum.
"Hmm, I suppose that makes some sense. Oh well, better you two than that damned whore," Tatakai laughed.
