As you can see there are few non-Shadowlands holdings which will provide you with great speed. With the broken sword and Yudoka, Paneki, and Aramoro you'll get quite enough Force to kick out every Army!!!  You can just bow your 0F Personalities to put away most of the enemies Personalities.
Marries a Barbarian will dishonour most Personalities and either you kill them with remorseful Seppuku or they won't attak because of Yasuko.
Always Challenge with Yokuan so enemies must bow to refuse the challenge.
I also prefer leaving Tangen (with ancestral Sword attatched) home and move him into Battle after I bowed my first 0F Personality !!! Look at the face of your opponent while you do that.
Bad challenges can also be avoided with Tangen and with the nice scorn and afterwards the concede defeat!  Kolat Assassin will kill retainers like oracle of earth/fire and personalities with less than 5 Chi
And when Kachiko enters play you have won, thats for sure.
The shapeshifter can copy her ability so you can attack two provinces at a time and you can cancel all actions in both battles!
