Alternately, you may also click on "Print Closing Form" below and download the same form in PDF format for printing and faxing to the Area II Closing Registrar.
You may also click on "Print Texas Volunteer Services Application" below for the Texas Volunteer form in PDF format for printing. This must be mail to Volunteer Services in Huntsville. You must receive an acknowledgement from the state before you can take the course and be able to enter the prison.
