Helping Consumers Help Themselves

We are the Kairos Consumer Council (KCC), a community of people with mental illnesses that meets weekly to promote mental wellness. We are consumer-run, electing officers and operating on donations. The KCC builds an appreciation of community through leisure activities, socialization and keeping consumers informed of current mental health issues. The Kairos Times newsletter provides a voice for the KCC. Any consumer may submit articles to the Kairos Times.
