Markings
My mum(or owner) thinks the coolest thing about dutch, is our pretty markings!
Blaze: This is the white stripe on the face of a dutch. For show bunnies, this should not be too wideof too narrow as it will cover other facial aspects.
Hairline: The Hairline, or triangle, is the fur in between the ears, it should seperate the two colored sides of the rabbit's head. (AKA Cheeks.) The back of the rabbit's neck should also represent the "traingle" look.
Saddle & Undercut: These are basically the same thing, only one is the line that seperates the white from the colored part on the bunny's back(saddle) and the other seperates the two under the bunny, hence the name "undercut". It should be even all the way around, forming a complete circle.
Stops: Ah, simply put, are the lil' rings of white around our hind feet. Cute eh? They look similar to socks. Anyway, they should be even on both legs and cover about 1/3 or the whole foot.

Variety
There are only 6 recognized colors for Dutch, so I won't get into others, except Harlequin, cause my mum loves those.
Black: Most popular. Black and white with brown eyes.
Blue: Lighter then black, yet not grey. It actually has a "bluish" tint. Usually blue-grey eyes.
Chocolate: Brown or dark brown with dark brown eyes.
Steel: Close to black, with more of a silver look due to silver and/or brown hair mixed in.
Tortoise: That's me! Tis orange with some grey parts near the muzzle, and underneath the body maybe.
Grey: Brown fur, mixed with little black and others. Looks agouti.
Harlequin: Tis orange mixed with black or another color mentioned above. Mum thinks their really pretty, but she still likes me best! These aren't yet recognized so ya can't show em matey!

Other Information
Dutch are a compact breed, tis our Type, you see.
We make good pets cause we're cool like that^_- Oh, an we have good personalities! Erm...right...
The life span of dutch is not for sure, but a fixed(spayed/neutered) bunny usually makes for a better pet than an unfixed bunny. USUALLY...not always.
We need exercise-time out of our cages man. Come on, would you like to be cooped up in your room ALL day? Don't answer that. But we need exercise-every day. Just don't let us near those tastey electrical cords! Outside is good too if you have a pen.
You shouldn't give us baths, unless we are REALLY dirty. We can clean ourselves thank you.
Our teeth grow long. We no like. Give us chew stick. Or we bite.
Ah, don't you just LOVE getting your nails done? I don't. But, I still need to be clipped and so do other dutch. If you notice your bunny stratches or hurts ya when ya pick ol' Fluffy up...well..it's time, my friend.
That about wraps things up here. Hey, if you have any additional information or interesting fact, you can tell me all about it and I'll put it up 'ere for others to see!
