General Description:
Long black hair kept in a ponytail, brown eyes, almond shaped, with semi-thick eyebrows and full lashes. Slightly feminine facial features make some peple mistake him for a girl now and then. Lightly built but quite strong for his size and frame.
Xavier Black's mother is a phychic, not quite as powerful as Sabrina, but close. His father, on the other hand, is a marial arts master. Thus both Xavier's mind and boidy was rigorously trained from early child hood. It also happens that his parents were once rivals in the pokemon league. So, it came as no surprise that he picked up on pokemon training rather quickly. However both parents were surprised by his pokemon of choice... Eevees. Six of them to be exact. He found a litter of them with no mother to be foind. His parents, being kindhearted people, allowed him to keep and raise the youn pokemon.
Eventually, he started his own pokemon journey. His team didn't have any preactical experience in battling at this time, but that changed over time. It was the time that Team Rocket controlled Mewtwo, and Xavier was not one to take TR lightly. He even put aside his own pokemon journey to do what he could to foil TR whereever he could. Then, one fateful daym he met Mewtwo himself. Xavier did fairly well for a kid with six Eevees. Yet, Mewtwo was as ruthless with hime as he was with everyone else, and propelled one of his eevees to a stone cliff face. Xavier, knowing it would have been fatal to the little polemon, got between the Eevee and the wall.
Vavier's spine was broken when he was propelled with his eevees into the wall. Giovanni told mewtwo to leave Xavier, he would die soon without medical attention and would cause no further trouble. What Giovanni did not expect was that the eevee Xavier saved from a crushing death would regain consciousness and find help. Help did come, but Xavier's spine could not be healed: he was paralized from the waist down.
Xavier stayed active though. His spirit was indomitable. Inspired, a scientist began working on a speacial suit designed to pick up motor signals in Xavier's spine, amplify them, and relay them to their respective muscles. The suit had two unusual side effects. for one, the amplified signals were much more powerful than the ones that originally travelled down his own nerves. The effect was that his muscles reacted much more powerfully than originally intended. The other was that the suit could only return a redimentary sense of touch and no pain whatsoever. Xavier learned, during the trial test, that he had to bevery careful of how hard he pushed himself otherwise he's rip his legs apart.
Without really trying, Xavier was able to push himself harder than most people were able to. Eventually, it came to light that no one could run faster or jump higher than Xavier Black.
