Techniques-Heir to the Tendo Musabetsu Kakuto-ryu(Anything Goes Martial Arts). Definitely better than a black belt. She can break cement blocks with her hand and does so regularly to relieve stress. Fights well with Ranma as a team. Together, they defeated several opponents despite arguing while fighting (dojo destroyer; Natsume and Kurumi among others). Able to use objects around the battlefield to her advantage (Taro and Kiima), and can pick up new fighting styles rather quickly when she puts her mind to it (learned Rythmic gymnastics in 2-3 days).
Also seems trained in many of the traditional Japanese martial arts that deal with weapons: Bow and arrow, Naginata, and Katana among others.
Character Breakdown:
Tends to be portrayed by people as a violent maniac who's angry and abusive all the time (mostly by those that dislike her). She does have a quick temper, but it never lasts very long. It's usually only Ranma that she gets mad at, but's because she cares about him a great deal, and gets upset when he provokes her or does something stupid. In essence, she cares enough to get mad. There are times when this anger is a problem, though, so she's definitely not blameless. Also tends to think the worst of Ranma at times, especially when another girl is involved. It's because she loves him, yet he doesn't tell her how he feels so she's left continually in doubt as to whether he loves her, hates her, or just wants to be her friend.
She is a nice person, one of THE nicest people in the manga. In fact, she's the only fiancee who has tried to help the other fiancees whenever they had a problem, even though they never returned the favor. To everyone else, she is very nice and friendly, trying to help out where she can. She never holds a grudge, and in fact, tries her best to help out friend and foe alike, sometimes turning foe into friend; Very forgiving. Can get jealous, but usually because her self-image is constantly being shredded next to the "perfect" fiancees (they can cook, have long hair, big bust, etc.), and she's worried Ranma will leave her be because she's not as good.
She is a very good martial artist. Her skills are always downplayed, but next to someone like Ranma, even a black belt seems like weakling. She did wade into a group of attackers every morning and knock them all out (usually with one hit each!) without taking a hit herself, and used only enough force to knock them out without permanent injury, and that takes skill. Click here to see a short clip (quicktime format). She's shown to have a quick mind on the battlefield, improvising on the fly as she fights (see Taro's first appearance, and her fight with Kiima). She's shown that she can get much better if someone trains her, but no one really takes the time. The Battle Dougi episode proves she can be better than Ranma is currently, if she trains hard enough and unlocks her full potential. The only reason that the rest are better is because they were either taught from a good sensei (Ranma, Shampoo) or trained hard for a long time because of a grudge (Ryoga, Ukyo). She could probably take Ukyo if she tried hard enough. She can also beat Kuno easily enough, and Kodachi as well, though she has to watch out for the paralysis powders and such that may be used.

Techniques-None, and she doesn't really know martial arts either (no real profit in it, I guess). She does do aerobic exercises to keep in shape, though. Also, I think she may know a little Kempo since she did grow up in a dojo. Probably stopped practicing after her mom died.

Techniques-no real martial arts abilities for her either.

Techniques:Just basic martial arts, supposed to be on par with Genma. Does use a demon head quite often (His head grows huge and frightening while he yells). Also wears samurai armor and wields a naginata (Japenese polearm), from time to time.
