Techniques:Almost as good as Ranma and fights with a very heavy Japenese(bamboo?) umbrella, a belt that he can make as sharp as a sword, and bandannas that he pulls off his forehead and tosses like ninja stars. Seems to have no limit to the amount of bandannas he's got on his head.
Learns 2 special techniques during the series:
Bakusai Tenketsu "Blasting Point"-allows him to find any objects "breaking point" and shatter it with just a touch (doesn't work on anything living).
Shishi Houkodan "lion roar shot" -move which allows him to channel his depression into a "ki" energy blast.
Character Breakdown:
Honorable some of the time, and depressed most of the time. Blames all of his problems on Ranma and constantly attacks for that reason (or sometimes for no reason at all). In reality, most of his problems are his alone, though he can't see that fact.
He does help out from time to time, but usually selfish motives are involved. Does use a couple underhanded moves to win Akane. In "Tunnel of Lost Love," he worked with Ukyo to try and break Ranma and Akane up. In the "Koi Fishing Rod" episode, he tried to get Akane to love him via a magical fishing rod. Uses his pig form to sleep with Akane and snuggle against her chest. Because of this, it's obvious he's only infatuated with Akane and doesn't truly love her. He may blame Ranma, but if it wasn't for Ranma, he wouldn't have met Akane in the first place.
He does slowly grow beyond this as the series goes on, showing quite a bit of character growth, one of the four I believe that show the most growth (Ranma, Akane, Ryoga, Mousse, in that order). He does give up on Akane near the end, and no longer really blames or hates Ranma much anymore. So, he's no longer the obssessed berserker he was at the beginning, but slowly turns into likable character.
Fighting style - Fights with a huge spatula(always wearing it on her back) and numerous smaller spatulas that she throws like shuriken(worn across her chest, see pic above). Can't really fight without them, though.
Techinques - Throws a variety of cooking foodstuffs from flour bombs (smokescreen), to sticky noodles (to tie up opponent), to explosive okonomiyaki.
Character Breakdown:
She does act somewhat decent throughout the manga, but she's proven she can be manipulative, deceptive, possessive, and violent. Willing to win Ranma through almost any means possible. Examples: "Tunnel of Lost Love," where she conspires with Ryoga to break Ranma and Akane up. During the Ten year sauce episode, she ruthlessly exploits the promise Ranma made when he was a child to take care of her, imposing herself on the Tendos with no regard for anything except to get Ranma (she even tries to sleep with him). Tries to use "Umbrella of Love" to get Ranma. She even helps destroy Ranma's mother's house in a jealous fit to get something she thought was an engagement ring (turns out it was just a pill box). Ranma was supposed to give it to Akane, yet Ukyo wanted it for herself. She also interrupted Ranma and Akane's wedding by throwing explosives!
She does have a few good points, however. She's the only one that seems to be able to get along with Akane, despite having Ranma between them. She does have a nice side that pops out from time to time, like when she went to help Occhan, let Konatsu stay at her restuarant, and didn't hold a grudge after Hayato Mojin beat her in a fight.
One last bit, it could be argued that, technically, she has no grounds to be a fiancee of Ranma. After all, before Genma stole the infamous dowry, Ranma lost the dojo to the king and Ukyo lost the yatai, both things that they would inherit. Later, the King's claim on the dojo is shown to be legit. They later won back the dojo, but not the yatai. Meaning: Genma stole the KING'S yatai, not Ukyo's dowry. So, since she doesn't have a dowry, it can be argued that she isn't a fiancee.
Despite all this, I do like Ukyo. She is one of the saner and nicer people when her Ranma-tunnel vision doesn't interfere.

Bio:Cute and sweet girl who's hopelessly in love with Ryoga. Knows about his curse and loves him more because of it. You see, she raises sumo pigs and loves pigs. Usually accompianed by Katsunishki, a huge sumo pig (As big as a small elephant!). She's a pretty good match for Ryoga, seeing as how she knows he's P-chan and likes him more because of it.
Techniques:Assuming she trains sumo pigs, she'd have to know some of the moves herself. Her fighting ability is never shown, but I assume she's better fighter than Nabiki at least (farm girls are tough naturally!). Katsunishki is pretty tough and can smash through walls. She did have Katsunishki attack herself, and managed to weather the attack and stay concious.
Techniques:Cologne calls him a "genius kunoichi that appears every 1000 years." Appears to be very good, almost as good as Ranma. Note: I'm only listing the techniques that actually have some use in battle.
