Sailor Pluto, or Meiou Setsuna, is the keeper of time. She protects the gate of time from intruders, and had the ability, though forbidden, to stop time, and is by far the eldest soldier. She looks over the Royal family, making sure all is harmonious and in balance. Even when everyone is in the present, in the manga, when something happened to Usagi and Mamoru, she made sure everyone capable of protecting them knew it!
