Boy, are the Cancerians lucky! Cancer's senshi are both Sailor Moon, and Sailor Chibi-Moon! These leaders of the pack have so much history (that i'm sure you already know)that I'm not going to get into it. Just breifly, Sailor Moon is the moon princess, and Sailor Chibi-Moon is her daughter. Both are similar, except that Chibi-usa got her father, Mamoru's, good sense, and when her time comes, might make a better Sailor Moon than her mother did! But, don't get me wrong, I love Usagi, and wouldn't replace her for the world! These two soldiers control the heart and the soul, making them particualarly powerful. Think of the time Sailor Moon saved Mamoru from Queen Beryl. That was her power, getting Mamoru back, happened to fall into her special catagory. Like a real Cancer, both she and Chibi-usa are generous, sensitive, and loving.
