Well...let's see, I was borned in Thailand and lived there for ten years. I used to spend most of my time
at a video game store (after homework of course). Personally, I did not have much money so, everytime
I just watch other people plays games. Because of that habit, I became quite addict to [watching] games, and
my grade went down. I even recall failing English in 3rd grade and had to take a makeup exam to pass the
class. Then a year later, after fourth grade, I came to US with my family.
In my first year in US, it was terrible. Can't speak English, nobody speaks Thai at school. No games to watch. Anyway, that is when I started to become more whack, from all the extra effort into my studying. And yes, studying hard became the next habit of mine until the end of high school, but that didn't mean I get to go to Berkeley, Stanford, Harvard, Caltech, or MIT. I only watched other smart people went to those place, while I am hanging out at city college and planning to transfer. Right now, I'm still at city college. Ahhh....oh well... Three Years Later So much have time change. I am in CalState now. I haven't update this thing for three years. When I was nearly done with college, I feel happy to transfer and get a job. Now that I am almost done with this, I feel that I didn't learn much, except confirming the theory that "you need a connection to get a job". Okay, I get to meet more people at the CalState. Also, this is another note, I still need a job... life goes on. |
