Section A
Is the original native Pony of Wales. These ponies have, and are still, running free on the rugged hills of Wales, where their strength and stamina is tested. Through carefull selection of the Stallions, the people of Wales have ensured to continue the reputation of the Welsh Mountain Ponies to be of the most beautiful in the world.
Section B
The modern Welsh Pony is a finer type than the Mountain Pony, and very much suited to the Show ring, with his more refined movement and perfect manners.
Section C
This is the Pony with the Most. Renown for his flairin harness and jumping abilitiy the welsh Pony of Cob Type has strength to carry you all day, is not too big - not too small and of course has that Welsh temperament which combines to make this the most versatile pony you could wish for.
Section D
The embodiment of power & beauty. With big effortless, ground covering movement, while retaining the pony character in apperance.
