KAIJUTOPIA 2004
Back to G : GENERATIONS
Although a different suit was used for each entry in the Heisei Series (excluding the modified Biogoji suit used in Godzilla vs King Ghidorah) These suits all appeared to be the same creature. No major changes were made from 1989 all the way to 1994. But if you wish to be technical, the suits used are as follows:

BioGoji/GhidoGoji 1989-1991
BatoGoji 1992
RadoGoji 1993
MogeGoji 1994

However, the new suit in Godzilla vs Biollante was a radical change from the one used in Godzilla Returns (G - 1985). A completely new head, and facial expressions, was featured. The fangs were made less obvious, and were added in with a new feature: two sets of overlapping-jagged teeth, like that of sharks.

Godzillas cheeks were now a returning trademark feature, and surprisingly added to the disgruntled terror look of these suits. The eyes were made relatively small, with dark pupils inside of bright orange/red irises. The neck was long and even, and the size of Godzillas dorsal spines was reduced. The rows of spines were also made more relatively sized when compared to one another, and seemed to flow more evenly in a pattern down his back. The tail was elongated and made more slender towards its ending. Godzilla also sported a new pair of four toed, massive feet. These incarnations were very bulky and menacing in appearance. But here is an interesting little fact: The Bio/GhidoGoji suit was actually stolen from the
set, forcing a new suit to be created for the next film, Godzilla vs Mothra.
