The Spider© vs. Chamelion

Brian Rentfro: That’s right, Jon. It’s time for the World title match, which pits the challenger, from Los Amigos; Chamelion, against the MoA’s PWA leader and champion, The Spider; Dalton Campbell.

Jon McDaniel: Chamelion earned this chance by winning the Royal Rumble, and now he has a chance to shine as the World Champ if he can pull off the victory here tonight!!

Brian Rentfro: The cage is up, and the ring is clear, let’s get to the announcer!

Ring Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, the following match is scheduled for one fall.. and is for the PWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!

[The Crowd goes wild and the Ring Announcer waits for them to calm down.]

Ring Announcer: And NOW! As decreed by the PWA executives, the special GUEST REFEREE FOR THIS MATCH…..

Brian Rentfro: WHAT?

Ring Announcer: MOKE DOSHKY!!!!!!!!!!!

Jon McDaniel: Moke Doshky?? We havn't seen him since he paired with The Dragon!!!

Ring Announcer: Introducing first, he is the challenger. From Los Amigos, weighing in at 245lbs, he is the winner of the Royal Rumble, and #1 contender.. he is CHAMELION!

[A fast paced new song blares over the speakers and lyrics fill the arena…

"NEVER SURRENDER!!!!!!!!!!!

"You were born a fighter, inside the fires raging!

…Then, Chamelion comes on stage with Psycho Sandra, the new PWA Internet Champion, and he’s wearing a brand new outfit. The entire top and pants are black, but with gold sides along his shirt and pant sleeves, and on his chest is a symbol of the sun, in Aztec design, with two thunderbolts streaking from his shoulder blades down and criss-crossing under the sun.. His boots are dark gold and he wears gloves with the fingers cut off. His hair is tied back and he waves to the cheering crowd as he takes Sandra’s hand and they walk to the ring as his song continues.]

Ring Announcer (as the song fades): And his opponent. He is the leader of the PWA factor of the Masters of Armageddon, and he is the PWA World Heavyweight Champion.. He is .. THE SPIDER, DALTON CAMPBELL!!!!!!!

[The Final Countdown by "Europe" begins to play just as the arena lights go out and the ADC tron lights up with a picture of a giant spider. The picture of the spider fades out and white pyros flare of the ring. The Spider then comes down from a harness above the stage, and with assistance from Gabrielle, unfastens the hooks, holds his title up to the booing crowd and walks confidently to the ring.]

Brian Rentfro: The Spider looks prepared for this match!

Jon McDaniel: And a little cocky! He's said he doesn't believe Chamelion has a fair shot in this match!

Brian Rentfro: Spider's in the ring! He's holding the title high, and giving Chamelion a bored look! He hands the title to Moke, who presents it to Chamelion for inspection. Chamelion's waving him off, just glaring at Spider.

Jon McDaniel: Moke hands the title outside and calls for the bell! We're off!

[Chamelion and Spider circle each other and Chamelion charges in, but Spider just side steps him and Chamelion falters past. Chamelion turns and tries again, but the Spider just shrugs past him.]

Brian Rentfro: Spider's playing games with Chamelion.

Jon McDaniel: Chamelion's looking frustrated!

[Chamelion turns a third time, and charges, and Spider again laughs him off, but Chamelion stops quickly just behind Spider, whips around and swipes Spider's legs out from under him. The Spider falls to the mat and Chamelion backs up, giving him room.]

Brian rentfro: Spider didn't expect that!

[The Spider gets up, his air of cockiness gone and he turns, his face angry. He and Chamelion lock up in the center of the ring and struggle for position. Chamelion pushes the Spider into the corner and Moke warns him to back off. Chamelion does cleanly, and backs to the center of the ring. The two lock up again and this time Spider pushes Chamelion to the corner. Again, Moke is there to demand the break, and Spider backs off clean as well, but before Chamelion can get out of the corner, Spider kicks him in the stomach, and then hits a hard DDT to the mat.]

Jon McDaniel: Figures.

Brian Rentfro: Oh come on! That's good wrestling!

[The Spider picks up Chamelion and whips him to the other turnbuckle, front first, and then runs in and splashes him from behind. Chamelion falls backwards to the mat, and The Spider grabs one of his legs and twists him around into a half-Boston Crab.]

Jon McDaniel: Not the best in submissions, but a good wear down move.

[The Spider pulls on the leg hard, and as Moke checks on Chamelion, Spider grabs the ropes for leverage. Moke sees this and yells for the break. The Spider shakes his head no, and Chamelion strains and pushes, knocking The Spider away.. Chamelion jumps up and tests his leg. The Spider rights himself and the two attack each other again. Chamelion drives a knee into the Spider and then hooks him up and hits a gut wrench powerbomb! The crowd cheers and Chamelion is quick with the cover.

Brian Rentfro: HEY! That was a little fast there!!!

[The Spider gets up and looks angrilly at Moke, who ignores him and moves away. Chamelion grabs The Spider from behind during the distraction and drops to his knees with a backslide pin, Moke drops for the count.

1..2..Kickout!]

Brian Rentfro: He;s doing it AGAIN!!

Jon McDaniel: Moke does seem to be a little quick on the draw there.

[The Spider rolls to his feet and DDT's Chamelion to the mat. The Spider then turns and gets into Moke's face about the count. Moke points to his shirt and waves a finger at the Spider. The Spider lifts his fist and gives Moke his own special warning. The distraction again allows Chamelion to grab The Spider by the trunks and roll him up into a third pin attempt. Moke drops and this time, the count's better.]

Kickout!]

Brian Rentfro: A little better, but still.. what is up with Moke?

Jon McDaniel: Nerves maybe?

[The Spider gets up and goes for a clothesline, but Chamelion ducks and comes off the other ropes. The Spider delivers a knee lift and Chamelion flips to the mat in pain. The Spider then goes for a cover.]

1……….2…….Kickout!]

Brian Rentfro: NOW WAIT JUST A DAMNED MINUTE!!!

Jon McDaniel: Now that count definetly was slow!

[The Spider is enraged! He jumps up and grabs Moke by the shirt collar and pushes him into the corner! He's screaming at Moke who cowers in fear. Chamelion struggles to his feet and shakes his head to clear the cob webs. The Spider pushes Moke back into the turnbuckle and flips him off. The Spider turns and gets sent through the ropes with a drop kick to the face by Chamelion.]

Brian Rentfro: How different would this match be with a REAL ref in the ring?

[The Spider lands hard, but tries quickly to get to his feet. He turns just in time as Chamelion comes flying over the top rope with a 360 flip and lands ontop of the Spider sending them both to the mat!]

Jon McDaniel: What a move by Chamelion!!!!!!!

[Chamelion and the Spider both lay on the mat, their breath stolen in that move. Moke begins the ten count as the two try to get up. The Spider amazingly is first and grabs Chamelion by the hair. He pulls hard and whips Chamelion down into the steel steps. Chamelion turns over, and eyes go wide as the Spider tries to bring a chair down on his head. Chamelion dodges and The Spider connects with the stairs, and his hands ring in pain. Chamelion jumps up and drives his elbow into the back of the Spider's head. The count reaches 7 and Chamelion wisely throws the Spider back into the ring, following him. The Spider rolls to his feet and grabs Chamelion and lifts him into a jackhammer suplex! He goes for the cover.

Brian Rentfro; SO CLOSE! Good count too!

[The Spider jumps up and drives three elbows into Chamelion, then tries for another cover but Chamelion kicks out immediately. The Spider and Chamelion climb to their feet and the Spider whips Chamelion into the ropes. Chamelion ducks the Spider and hits the other side, and on the way back, both men clothesline each other!]

Jon McDaniel: They’re both down!!!

[Moke starts another count of ten, and the crowd chants with him! As the count reaches the end, The Spider starts to get up, but painfully. Chamelion rolls to his knees and the Spider, now up, kicks him in the ribs! Chamelion lifts into the air and crashes back down. As he tries again to get up, The Spider kicks him again and Chamelion crashes back into the mat. Again, however, Chamelion struggles to get up, and as the Spider goes for another kick, Chamelion lifts on his knees to stand up and swipes the Spider's legs out from under him. The Spider crashes to the mat and Chamelion jumps up and coems down with a leg drop across the throat. Chamelion then picks up The Spider and whips him to the ropes. As the Spider comes back, Chamelion hits a hard super kick and the Spider collapses!]

Brian Rentfro: Chamelion's on the come back!

[Chamelion then climbs to the top rope and does the hardy boys swanton Splash onto the Spider and the crowd goes wild! Chamelion then picks up the Spider and whips him again to the ropes. The Spider ducks Chamelion's clothesline, turns quickly and locks Chamelion into the sleeper hold!]

Jon McDaniel: It's the move that took out Raizzor!!!!!!

[The Spider bears down on the hold, and Chamelion struggles, but can’t break free. Chamelion fades to the mat and The Spider holds onto the hold with all his might! Chamelion fades and looks out and the Spider screams at Moke to check the hand! Moke lifts up Chamelions hand and lets it drop.

Once!!!!

Twice!!!!

…Chamelion holds his arm up on the third attempt, and the crowd sighs in a collective relief!]

Brian Rentfro: Just you wait, The Spider will finish him off like he did Raizzor!!

[The Spider squeezes even harder on the sleeper hold and Chamelion drops his arm. Moke goes to check on the arm again, but Chamelion puts both palms to the mat, and sturggles to his knees. The Spider bends over him, trying to put pressure on the neck, and Chamelion gets his feet under him. The Spider jumps up and hooks his legs around Chamelion's waist to put all the pressure he can muster into the hold. Chamelion suddenly just gives out, and drops backwards and smashes the Spider into the mat. The Spider legs go as he grunts in pain and Chamelion rolls off of him and into the corner, trying to catch his breath!]

Jon McDaniel: Great defensive move from Chamelion!

[The Spider, enraged beyond belief, jumps back to his feet and charges Chamelion who out of no where hooks The Spider up into The New Rupture (A rockbottom) and drives the Spider to the mat!!!]

Brian Rentfro: That's Chamelion's new set up move!!! Hes going for the end!!! He can win it here!!

Jon McDaniel: How do you know what his new moves are??

Brian Rentfro: We talked.

[Chamelion then gets up and the crowd explodes as he stands over the injured Spider's head and points to the crowd. Chamelion takes off one of his elbow pads and tosses it to the crowd and then crosses his arms and runs to the ropes. As he coems to the ropes he jumps up on them and flies backwards with a lionsault and lands directly onto the Spider.

Brian Rentfro: It's the People's Splash!!!!

Jon McDaniel: THE WHAT???????

Moke drops for the count.

Brian Rentfro: He GoT IT!!! Fair count and everything!! Chamelion's won the PWA Championship!!!

Jon McDaniel: Incredible!!! Chamelion pulled it off!!! Moke's going to get the title!

[Suddenly the ADCtron lights up and "Sabotage" by The Beastie Boys begins playing and out comes President Robinson, limping wit a cane.]

Brian Rentfro: It's President Robinson!!!! He's BACK!!!!!!!!!!

President Robinson: Hey, Mark Sommers!! I have to congratulate you on such a wonderful win! Merry Christmas for winning the PWA title.! However, in the spirit of giving, Dalton.. I have a gift for you! You see here, Moke?

[Robinson holds up a VHS tape.]

President Robinson: This is something very special.. Something quite revealing. Do you know what it is?

[Moke looks panicked in the ring. Chamelion is on the ropes, looking up at President Robinson with contempt and with the PWA world strap on his shoulder. The Spider leans back against the other ropes, holding onto his shoulder in pain.]

President Robinson: That’s right! It's exactly what you think! And if you don't want me playing it for the whole crowd here, then you will referee a REMATCH with the Spider and Chamelion.. RIGHT HERE………….RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[Chamelion glares at Robinson, and Moke nods indefeat. Moke turns and calls for the bell!]

Brian Rentfro: Wait, are you saying???

Jon McDaniel: Yes! A 12^th match!!!!!!!!

World Title Match

[Chamelion jumps down off the ropes and throws his title down to the floor, he turns and charges the Spider who ducks him and turns, kicking him in the back of the head with a super kick! Chamelion staggers and the Spider DDT's him to the mat. The Spider climbs up to the top and hits The Heroes Victory! Moke looks up at President Robinson who shakes the tape and smiles. Moke bites his lip and counts.

123!]

Brian Rentfro: NO WAY!! This can't be!

Jon McDaniel: It is!! Moke was just blackmailed into giving the Spider the title back!!!

[The Spider rolls out of the ring and grabs his title, hurrying up the ramp as Chamelion crawls to his knees, staring unbelievingly at Moke, then to Spider and finally to Robinson!]

Brian Rentfro: OH hell! This is terrible! Chamelion won that title fair and square, but the Spider stole it!!

Jon McDaniel: Wait!! Chamelion's got a mike!

Chamelion: Hey, Robbie!!! I hope you had your fun!!! I hope you liked what you did here tonight! Because Saturday at Rampage.. if you, if the Spider has ANY guts what so ever.. You'll put that title back on the line against me!! No Holds Barred, title can change hands on a DQ…. No One else but me and the Spider…

IF you have the GUTS, you lousy SON OF A B****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[President Robinson glares back angrilly at Chamelion, but then smiles and nods his head in agreement, then waves and disappears!]

Brian Rentfro: WHAT A NIGHT!!!!! This has got to be one of the best PPV's ever!!!

Jon McDaniel: We're out of time!! Rampage comes to us next week!!! And it looks like we're going to see a rematch between the Spider and Chamelion!! Join us then!! This is Jon, for Brian saying GOOD NIGHT!
