Disney's 36th full length animated feature,"Mulan," is the touching story of the courage, strength, and sacrifice of one daughter who takes place in war out of the love for her father. It is the one Disney movie I consider to be my favorite of all time.
Mulan is the Chinese heroine who can really kick the villain, Shan-Yu's butt. Mushu is the lovable and hilarious dragon who acts as Mulan's guardian and protector. As for the character Li Shang, he's one buff and good-looking general :P~! The background art to the movie is absolutely gorgeous and the music is wonderful. Though the movie has it all, filled with laughter and action moments, there is more to it. The story is a lesson in life that you would never forget. ~*

~MULAN FAN FIC:"TRUE TO YOUR HEART" This is one fanfic I did a few years ago, taking off from the very end of the movie. Mulan and Shang fall in love but there is a crazed and obsessed witch named Jam-Yai who vows to use her powers to destroy Mulan and keep Shang to herself. Also included is a song written by my friend called "Jam-Yai's Obsession." ~*POEM: AT THE MATCHMAKER'S A poem I wrote about Mulan's embarrassing experience at the Matchmaker's. ~*SHANG: A Guy Worth Drooling For~ A comedy poem about Mulan crushing on Shang. ~AT THE MOUNTAINS: Mulan's Adventure~ Poem describing Mulan's adventurous struggle to stay alive against the Huns at the Mountains. ~MULAN FAN ART~ The Art of Mulan has given many people such as myself an inspiration to be an artist :).
