Jinzo does have a weakness because YOU also cannot play or activate Trap cards, but that's really not that bad at all. Jinzo is overall a great card.

Conclusion:
-I like Jinzo alot and don't see anything bad about him. The fact that you may want to use a trap card and can't is a bit disturbing, but your opponent can't either! First of all, Jinzo makes a remarkable playing card because of its high level 6 attack....secondly, I think its effect helps you more than it hurts you. Playing Jinzo can automatically negate your opponent's continuous traps such as Mirror Wall, etc. Jinzo's like a good monster and a pretty good magic in one. So basically the only small flaw of this card is that its player cannot activate trap cards when he/she really needs to. Little wonder why its secret rare!
