Effect:

When there is a monster on your opponent's side of the field after the fist attack of your battle phase, this monster 

can attack once again during the same Battle Phase. In addition, negate the effect of a trap card that designates this 

cards as a target and destroy it. If this monster is speacial summon from the graveyard, you nust offer 1 dragon-type 

monster on your site of the field as a tribute.


My view:

Basically this cards can attack twice during your opponent phase and can negate the effect of a trap card that designates 

this cards as a target and destroy it, but if they target all the monsters on the field Tyrant Dragon can't negate it. So my 

rating for this card is a 2.5/3. It is not worth playing this cards in a dragon deck.
