| CONTEST RULES |
| The contest begins July 15, and ends at midnight on July 31st. All entries will need to be submitted and drawn by a Mt. Reikaku member. Entries may be black and white or colored, but all work must have been done by the artist and no other parties. All entries must be accompanied by the artist's name, e-mail address and a title for the entry. Any entry not following these guidelines will not be considered. All entries must follow the given theme. No tracing of copying of an existing picture is allowed. No late entries will be accepted. |
