TO DRAW SWORD :

Turn scabbard 45 degrees. Use your left thumb to push the sword-guard out.
Hold the handle gently with your right hand, with fingers extended.
 

Pull the sword out using the webbing between your thumb & index finger.
 

Draw sword outwards while pulling the scabbard back.

Position sword away from scabbard.
 
 
 
 

TO SHEATH SWORD :
 

Hold the mouth of the scabbard with your left hand.
 

Place the back of the sword on your left hand.
 

Move the sword along your left hand.
Once the tip of the sword passes the webbing between the thumb and the index finger, gently place the tip into the mouth of the scabbard.
 

Shift your right hand on the handle with fingers pointing away from the blade.
Using your right hand, pull sword inwards, while left hand bring the scabbard towards your right hand.
 

Sheath your sword.
