Father,
there so many verses we read about prayer, faith, and love and people are
allowed to walk like you. But the truth is...
It is easy to say it but it's hard to act upon it. As you said "faith
without work is dead". At times when someone is in need, it is easy to say
"pray, believe and hope"...but who will act upon the person's needs?
I believe it's up to us to lend our hand to them. That is why, I ask thee
dear Lord, to make me always available and let my hands ready to extend.
When you give me blessings, let me learn to share to those who are in need,
not only in words but in actions as well.
You have said that we have to take care for the widows and poor brethrens,
those who are in jail and imprisoned of different crisis in life and to all
who is worthy to receive help.
If ever I don't have silver or gold to share, let me have the faith like a
grain mustard to declare and believe that all things are possible, that you
are our God who will make a way for my brother's needs, for this I will
bring hope through him.
For this I ask for your forgiveness, that at times I forgot to put an act on
my faith which is so important. Make me like the poor widow who shares her
last penny without bothering it will be her last. For what it counts is her
heart to give and share. In Jesus name I pray.
Amen
